About Us:
The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) is Australia's leading industry organisation representing 12,500 businesses in manufacturing, construction, automotive, telecommunications, IT & call centres, transport, labour hire and other industries. Ai Group's members operate businesses of all sizes throughout Australia and represent a broad and expanding range of sectors. We provide comprehensive advice and assistance to help members run their businesses more effectively and to become more competitive on a domestic and international level.
Ai Group member companies operate businesses across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland and we maintain strong partnerships with the Engineering Employers Association South Australia (EEASA) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Western Australia (CCIWA).
Ai Group employs around 300 staff located in 10 offices nationally.

International Relations:
We have established strong links with Taiwan through the Australia/Taiwan Electronics and ICT Industry Strategic Framework Agreement (ATSFA) and attended the joint meeting held in Taipei in October 2008. We also have strong relationships with TEEMA (Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association) and Ai Group is also a member of the AEF (Asian Electronics Forum).
Affiliations:
Ai Group as a National organisation has strong relationships in South Australia with the Engineering Employers Association of South Australia (EEASA) and in Western Australia with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIWA). Through these affiliations Ai Group members can access all their local requirements and are kept informed of local issues concerning the relevant state.

Representation & Policy:
Ai Group members have a national voice through our policy and representation to both Federal and State governments. We assist by monitoring legislation and regulation nationally, providing a strong media presence, providing Government links to pursue specific member of industry issues and all our Policy is backed by economic research and data provided by our in-house economics team.? This Policy is also backed by numerous member surveys that Ai Group conducts regularly.
